Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 was an American actress. She was a part of the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past as well as JoAnn Cook who is weaver and instructor in cooking. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first was featured in an announcement of public service for foster care at the age of seven of age. She began working as a child print model at the age of 10 years old, appearing in national ads for Target and on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School.
