Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk - a talented actor who is also a director, writer and producer. Anna Silk was the child of both a British father as well as an English-Turkish Cypriot mother. Anna appeared in numerous commercials in her youth. Anna was able to move to Toronto Ontario in order to pursue her acting. The decade following, she relocated into Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They became engaged in 2009, after they got married. Anna was a convert to Judaism at the time and Seth Cooperman got married in December 2010 in Fredericton. In April 2011 the couple renewed their wedding vows by having an Jewish ceremony.
